DA Check Templates

Data Assurance Templates 

Providers should complete these templates in advance of the initial Data Assurance (DA), as this gives them the chance to populate comments against data items within a Resource, denoting any data items that they perhaps maybe cannot or will not be providing.

Once completed to the satisfaction of the Provider, this can be sent to Interweave, along with the FHIR Resources, for the DA to take place.

Having the Provider comments during the DA aims to make the DA process more efficient, decreasing any back and forth due to queries.

With the DA assessor knowing in advance which fields cannot and will not be populated, it allows the assessor to simply check comments and potentially bypass those fields for checking.

Any comments the Provider would like to convey at this point can also be added to these templates.
