Technology & Engineering

Ian Clucas – Deputy CIO  

Leads and manages the performance of the Interweave team.  

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Co-ordinate and direct team activities and initiatives 
  • Develop and manage the Interweave Strategy 
  • Provide reports and recommendations to the Interweave Management Board 
  • Represent Interweave on appropriate regional and national boards
  • Manage senior responsibilities such as budget, supplier relations and contracts 
Sophie Lowsley – Architect  

Oversees the architecture of the Interweave product stack, ensuring adherence to best practice and standards.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Technical Lead and subject matter expert of the Interweave Product Stack, providing support and advice to stakeholders on how to use and integrate  
  • Provide support with product design processes to ensure we develop in line with standards 
  • Provide assurance that partners meet specified requirements when onboarding as providers or consumers 
  • Responsible for the infrastructure being reliable, secure and cost effective  
Chintan Chokshi – Data Service Manager 

Delivers and maintains an effective data service for the Interweave platform.  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Collaborate with partners to define data strategy, identify data requirements, and establish Interweave Data Standards 
  • Oversee data integration and transformation projects from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems 
  • Work with vendors and product team to troubleshoot and identify requirements for development 
  • Work with partners to make the best use of their data and informational assets for the benefit of their service and the wider Shared Care Record
Natalee Pearson – Data Engineer 

 Ensures data flowing through the exchange is accurate, high quality and adheres to standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Advise stakeholders regarding FHIR data standards and aid overall conformance towards national standards
  • Devise and maintain tooling which aids provisioning organisations with their data transformation projects 
  • Advise on and approve user acceptance testing
  • Assist with creating and maintaining data standards
Stuart Vinton – Senior Integration Engineer 

Designs and delivers integration solutions which meet organisational requirements to provide data to the Interweave platform. 

 Key Responsibilities:   

  • Understand and document the integration requirements of an organisation, providing designs, recommendations and advice on the best-fit systems  
  • Build and maintain interfaces between different messaging structures and related applications using the appropriate technology
  • Create and maintain technical integration documentation
  • Ensure high quality data is being provided to the exchange, formatted to the required standards


Programme & Project Management

Hollie Harrison – Programme Manager 

Supporting partners in the delivery of projects to implement and grow the Shared Care Record in their region. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with partners to ensure positive programme development  
  • Manage the PMO to deliver multiple projects both internally and in line with partner programmes 
  • Develop and maintain onboarding processes, procedures and associated SOPs 
  • Represent Interweave on appropriate partner governance boards, providing progress reports to Programme and Delivery Boards 
Adam Brown – Senior Project Manager 

Supporting the delivery of projects – with a focus on West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and the Population Health Management solution. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Work with our partners and stakeholders to ensure all projects and expectations are managed 
  • Connect consuming organisations in West Yorkshire to the shared care record – ensuring the assurance process is followed and timescales are adhered to 
  • Provide advice and support, ensuring any blockers to project delivery are addressed 
  • Analyse data and information to identify options for service improvement and sharing of best practice 
Melanie Johnson – Senior Project Manager 

Supporting the delivery of projects – with a focus on Humber and North Yorkshire, Wayfinder and Care Planning. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they connect to the shared care record in a timely and safe manner 
  • Support organisations with the assurance process, ensuring approvals are provided 
  • Create project/programme artifacts such as Project Plans, Action Logs, Risk Logs, Stakeholder RACI Matrices 
  • Work with data to maintain a current and accurate record of Data Provision information  
Lucie Standing – Project Officer

Supporting the delivery of projects – with a focus on onboarding consumer organisations to the shared cared record

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting in updating SOPs to ensure they are aligned with any changes to our processes and procedures 
  • Managing the delivery process of connecting consumer organisations to the shared cared record in an efficient and timely manner
  • Supporting the project management office with connecting provider organisations to the shared cared record
  • Supporting organisations through assurance processes by managing documentation, ensuring they reach the right people for review and approval

Marketing & Communications 

Loren Hakeney – Digital Transformation Communications Lead 

Leading all marketing and communications activities within the programme and providing communications support to our partners.  
 
Key responsibilities: 

  • Lead Communications Team involvement in digital projects  
  • Produce and deliver our communications strategy 
  • Coordinate press and media activity 
  • Develop the Interweave brand and marketing resources 
Georgia Willey – Digital Communications Officer 

 Overseeing the management of our websites and assisting in all digital marketing and communications initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support the delivery of the communications strategy 
  • Manage and optimise website content 
  • Monitor and analyse website and social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement
