About Us

Who We Are 

Interweave is the brand name for our Shared Care Record solution, which is in use across six Integrated Care Systems (ICSs). 

Our Partnerships 

Together, we cover a total population of almost 9.5m, 15.3% of the population of England (NHS England ICB Allocations 2022/23). 

In terms of neighbouring ICSs, this means that we support only a slightly smaller population than the single largest Shared Care Record deployment, OneLondon (10.759m, 17.2%), but over a much wider and diverse geography. 

Our Technologies 

Interweave has been uniquely designed to utilise modern technologies and is delivered by our dedicated in-house team, which is a part of Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. 

With support from our open-source systems partner, the code is open-source and published on GitHub and NHS IP.  

How We Work Together  

The Interweave solution is owned and managed by its users – our partners, the 6 ICSs – who are represented on the Interweave Management Board.  

By working together in this way, the Board is responsible for the operation and development of Interweave and is accountable to the appropriate NHS Integrated Care Boards (ICBs). 

Each ICS has its own local delivery team. There’s also a small partnership team who work with third party suppliers as required, to support the delivery of work agreed by the Board. You can see how this works on the image below.
