Notts Care Record Celebrates Highest Ever Number of Users in May 2026

Digital Notts has shared its record-breaking latest figures showing their significant growth in usage.

The most recent usage statistics show continued growth in how health and care professionals across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire are accessing vital patient information to support safe, joined-up care.

In May 2026, 6,279 unique users accessed the Notts Care Record, the highest monthly total recorded to date. This reflects a growing confidence in the system as an essential tool for Health and Social Care services, demonstrating the increasing value it provides across the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System (ICS).

Alongside record user numbers, 86,237 individual records were accessed in May alone, another all-time high. The Notts Care Record has seen continued increases in usage since it launched in Summer 2025 and these new highs show how routinely the Notts Care Record is being used to inform decisions on care, reducing duplication and saving time for frontline staff.

Overall, since November 2025, the Notts Care Record has seen a 54.28% increase in records accessed. This sustained growth shows that frontline staff across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire are logging in more frequently, highlighting the usefulness of the new data and functionality offered by the Notts Care Record.
