GPRCC/eHealthscope Data Is Now Live in the Notts Care Record
We are delighted to announce that GPRCC (General Practice Repository for Clinical Care) and eHealthscope data has officially gone live in the Notts Care Record. This is the first time these rich data sets are being made available for users of a Shared Care Record in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
What’s new?
· GPRCC/eHealthscope data brings together crucial insights from our GPs and wider community services.
· Major Conditions from EMIS and SystmOne GPs: Making 10 million conditions/diagnoses available.
· End of Life coded data from EMIS and SystmOne EPaCCS (Electronic Palliative Care Coordination Systems). This including whether an end-of-life care plan or ReSPECT form is in place any findings, such as discussions on resuscitation Gold Standards Framework (GSF) stage.
· Frailty data from the Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (eCGA) held by the GP, including:
o Frailty Score
o Mobility
o Continence
o Dressing
o Living Arrangements
· Services a person is in receipt of or has previously received. These include:
o Community Services such as Community Nursing
o Community Mental Health Services
o Nottinghamshire County Council Social Care Services
· Diabetes coded data for people on the Diabetes Register, including lab results, clinical findings and the date of a person’s last annual review.
The new GP Connect feed will also make GP Consultation Text and Derby and Derbyshire GP Data available for the first time. Meaning that Notts Care Record can confidently say the Notts Care Record will offer a much stronger Primary Care data set than is currently available in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire’s current Shared Care Records.
The GPRCC/eHealthscope data going live means that Nottingham and Nottinghamshire are only one data set away from completing the first phase of Notts Care Record development. The Notts Care Record will be rolled out across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire over the summer.is new system is expected to further enhance patient care and operational efficiency across the Trust.
