Interweave Partners Increasing Their Available Data

We are pleased to announce that data from 3 more partners is now available in the Notts Care Record.

Data from the following partners has all gone live in the last month:

  • Nottingham University Hospitals Trust
  • Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals
  • Mental Health data from Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust

This is a fantastic achievement and is the culmination of a huge amount of effort and commitment from partner colleagues and the Notts Care Record team. This is a significant step closer to the Notts Care Record going live.

Data Available in the Notts Care Record

The Notts Care Record is now sharing:

  • GP data via GP Connect
  • Social Care data from Nottinghamshire County Council
  • Hospital data from Acute and Mental Health hospitals in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire (with one more Acute hospital to turn live in May)
  • Mental Health data from Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust

What happens next?

Two more partners will turn their data live in May, completing the Hospital and GP data sets and marking the end of the first phase of development. The focus then moves to making the record available to end users, with partners across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire currently planning rollouts to their frontline teams.
