West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board
The NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board is a partnership is made up of partners from across the NHS, local government, voluntary, social enterprise, and community sectors. The ICB is focused on collaboration as a means of driving improved outcomes for the 2.4million people in West Yorkshire.

Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board
The NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board is an integral part of the Integrated Care System and aims to enable each and every citizen to enjoy their best possible health and wellbeing.

Joined Up Care Derbyshire – associate member
Joined Up Care Derbyshire is the Derby and Derbyshire health and social care partnership for adults and children. As an Integrated Care System, their priority is to make improvements to the local population’s life expectancy and healthy life expectancy levels in comparison to other parts of the country.
