Resource Mapping Documents

These files can be downloaded and saved by the Provider Team, to be used collaboratively as a mapping tool both internally within the Provider Team, and with us at Interweave. It enables us to record everything from the name, location, and source system of each data item, to HL7 and database notes. Additional comments may also be added.

All this information combined aims to provide a useful tool for audit and learning purposes. A full overview provides a methodical run down of how each Resource has been fulfilled – to both current and any future staff.

Each Resource Mapping document also contains multiple direct links back to the Interweave website, where each Resource can be viewed within its own specific artefact page. This allows the user more specific online information about each resource, and any other complexities it may have, or which the Provider would like to learn about.
