Bradford Teaching Hospitals Completes Data Remediation and Expands Contribution to Yorkshire & Humber Care Record

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has successfully completed a significant data remediation process, strengthening its role as a data-sharing partner within the Yorkshire & Humber Care Record (YHCR). As one of the early adopters of the programme, Bradford’s data that did not fully meet our latest technical and data quality standards. This milestone reflects a strong commitment to continuous improvement and the delivery of safe, high-quality and informed care.

The data remediation effort has brought Bradford’s data in line with current YHCR standards, ensuring greater consistency across the system.

In addition to completing the remediation, Bradford Teaching Hospitals has also expanded its data contribution with the successful addition of two new data resources. These resources further enrich the regional record and enhance the ability of clinicians and care professionals across Yorkshire and Humber to access timely, relevant information at the point of care.
